  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Communicate effectively with the project manager, designer and QA team.

  • Maintaining call and email logs on CRM to track touchpoints.
Key Skills/Activities:

Responsibilities:
  • Forging strong relationships with customers.
  • Manages successful on-boarding and long-term account health.
  • Act as a liaison between the product development team and customers.

  • Ability to translate technical information/instructions into a simple language that would ensure seamless troubleshooting.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.
  • Proficiency in working knowledge of MS Office applications, HTML (basics), and Photoshop (basics) would be an added advantage.
Experience:

0-1 years. Anyone with at least 1 year of relevant experience is most preferable.
