Background & Challenges
Tunku Kurshiah College Old Girls Association (TKCOGA), the alumni association of Tunku Kurshiah College, aimed to deepen its connection with the alumni community. The goal was to improve networking among alumni and between alumni and the institution through a wide range of engagement activities.
However, they were working with outdated, incomplete, and inaccurate alumni data compiled from multiple sources, posing serious challenges in reaching and engaging their alumni. Additionally, the association relied on standalone, patchy tools to manage engagement activities, leading to frequent disruptions in operations and weakening overall alumni engagement.
TKCOGA needed the alumni software to bring together all aspects of alumni management, such as database handling, event coordination, and news sharing, into one cohesive platform, ensuring a smoother and more meaningful experience for their alumni.
