How Does the Search Module Work?
1. Explore Colleges Alumni are Studying In
When you open the Institutions tab in the search bar, you’ll see a list of colleges where your alumni are studying along with how many are at each one. You can just scroll through the list and pick the college you want to explore.
Example: You discover that 45 of your alumni are studying at Purdue University.
2. View the Alumni List by Institution
Click on any institution name, and the portal instantly shows you all the alumni studying there. This helps you identify specific students who can be showcased, connected, or engaged.
Example: Among the 45 at Purdue, you see Ishan D’Souza, currently pursuing his BS in Cybersecurity.
3. See Complete Alumni Profiles
Each profile gives you a full picture of the alumnus, including their education details, course/stream, achievements, and personal information. This goes beyond just “where they study” and helps you understand how best to engage them for mentoring, branding, or school initiatives.
Example: Clicking on Ishan D’Souza’s profile, you see that he’s a talented student at Purdue with achievements in coding competitions and leadership activities. He can be great for student career guidance and his journey can be used in your school’s admissions campaigns.
