The NEC Alumni Association (NECAA)<\/strong> has always aimed to build a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with its alumni engaging them through networking events, expert talks, career services, and reunions held across India and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of its mission to support student development, the association wanted to make alumni involvement purposeful. With the institution\u2019s backing, this led to the launch of the Alumni Webinar Series, a structured initiative where alumni could contribute to student learning by sharing their professional knowledge and experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procedure Followed by NEC<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To ensure smooth execution, the NEC Alumni Association and college leadership designed a comprehensive framework<\/a><\/strong> for the Alumni Webinar Series, covering every detail from sourcing topics and identifying speakers to scheduling and execution.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reminder emails are sent to the attendees and alumni a couple of days before the webinar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The effort doesn\u2019t end with the session. Session recordings are shared on the portal and photos on the social platforms to encourage wider participation. Feedback forms <\/strong>are sent to both students and speakers, and a post-event report is published on the alumni portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regular review meetings are held to reflect, learn, and improve. To keep motivation high, NECAA rewards the most active student in each session and recognizes the best webinar speaker each semester<\/strong> based on participant feedback and students also receive certificates depending on the registration and participation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
