Long-Term Impact<\/strong><\/td>An institution has the option to begin with a single-site setup but can choose to upgrade to a multi-site configuration if this decision is communicated before the commencement of the site setup process during onboarding<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>The single network is exclusively configured based on courses, without any departments. If departments exist, the setup transitions into a multi-site setup.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>If departments are pre-established within the single network, it cannot transition into a multi-network by connecting with other branch institutions, as it already encompasses departments as institutions.<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>In the multi-network, institutions are organized into groups, without specific class or year groups<\/td><\/tr>
<\/td>It would not be of good interest to anyone if the individual alumni teams realize they need an individual network after being enrolled on a single network. Should not be a case when they launch their own alumni network. Also, if we decide to bifurcate at a later stage, there will be an impact on the system’s data and it\u2019s not a recommended process.<\/td><\/tr>
Pricing Impact<\/strong><\/td>Launching a single centralized network saves so much time and effort against launching individual networks and has an impact on pricing related to Setup cost and ASC. Along with a parent network, we have the flexibility to launch exclusive networks for a few select institutions if required at a minimal cost.<\/td><\/tr>
Summary<\/strong><\/td>Institutions can evaluate both Setup options, understanding their strengths and limitations, and can choose to:
a) Opt for a Multi-site network if they aim to centralize alumni relations. b) Select single or individual networks if they prefer granting more autonomy to each of their institutes. c) Launch Multi-site networks while additionally establishing single exclusive networks for select flagship institutes. Members can maintain single profiles across Parent & Single networks with this option<\/td><\/tr>
