M.L.V Textile & Engineering College, Bhilwara<\/a><\/strong> saw a huge participation of its portal\u2019s 1151 Premium Members<\/strong> exercising their right to vote in the alumni presidential elections. This humongous task was achieved in 4 approximate days including a thorough discussion in the portal under the guidance of Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, <\/strong>Chairman of the Election Committee, and his team. The committee even conducted two successful mock election runs in this tight time frame before the actual election process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenges:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The institution faced difficulties in determining the credibility of the members, struggled to meet a large number of voters, and had a time-consuming process of manually verifying the voters using Google Forms. The offline election process received a lukewarm response as the alumni are scattered across the world making it difficult for them to cast a physical vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps Taken:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The election committee under the supervision of Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, raced against time and skillfully tackled all the hurdles turning the tides in their favor even in such a tight schedule.
